Lock GL account to specific cost centers?

Experts,

My current situation requires some additional control on cost center selection when posting JEs and invoices.  I need to be able to lock a GL account to select group of cost centers.  I cannot find any settings available that would allow me to do this. 

Is this possible in ByD?
