I have made several attempts to search for an answer to this, but cannot find any clarification.
It appears to me SAP did not provide any way to transmit the ACA forms/data to the IRS. Is this true? As I interpret the SAP documentation, the ACA transactions only collect the data and provide a means of printing the forms for the purpose of submitting through mail. The HRBENUS_ACA_EVAL is only for evaluation and setting a status. I cannot find any way of formatting the data to extract it and upload it to the IRS website.
So no means of using the electronic transmission directly from SAP to the IRS?
