As per your instructions,

I discussed with my user and told that we cannot assign oil & non oil material in the same tank.

then mentioned the below points.

1. How come non oil & oil material is assigned in the same tank? I told them maybe then Oil material was not existed

2. Later User asked what could be the other solution to adjust the value
