Inbound monitor GRC/ validade incoming NF ok in Sefaz

Dear experts,

in INBOUND MONITOR GRC there is a tool for validate if NFE INCOMING is ok (not canceled).

We´ve a z*program to create nf writer by bapi_j_1b_nf_createfromdata. Our target is increase this z*program, to: before create nf writer, system checks if this incoming nf is not canceled in Sefaz (like GRC standard).

1 - There is no function on ECC environment. Ok?

2 - Is there a usable function on GRC environment to be linked to a z*program on ECC? Which one?
