Hi,
if you are not able to find out the released job from SM37, probably the job was triggerred by other jobs(let's say parent job). in order to find out the parent job, you should:
1, go to the "job details" of that specific cancelled job to check the exactly Release time
2, go to SM37 to search the parent job base on the above Release time
for example:
Job Name *
User Name *
job Status (select all)
job start condition: the Release time of the cancelled job above(not the exactly released time, but you can just use 5 or 10 seconds before and after the Release time)
then you will get a job list, maybe 4 or 5 related jobs.
then, you can figure our the real "parent job" by the job program or job log and so on...
