Let me explain situation in detail

If we change shipping condition from U6 to UK it got updated in change log .

After some time shipping condition is reset to UK from U6.This change not captured in change log. Once again user need to change it to U6 from UK. So we are not getting how system reset/change shipping condition to UK.

We  tried to replicate scenario in quality system but its not replicable and happens occasionally in production.

Kindly advice.
