HTTP error: 404 Not Found 3015: No document with the id string 'E2472C71578 A1ED5B3FD50ED68741428' could be found.-item not

Hi SCN Experts,

When the user tries to open the document in SAP Business Workplace.Its through  the error like :

"HTTP error: 404 Not Found 3015: No document with the id string 'E2472C71578 A1ED5B3FD50ED68741428' could be found.-item not" pops up. (see attached file Error.jpg). Does anyone have an idea on this.  please suggest  the solve for the same.
