Re: F.13 not Clearing

Your OB74 Settings are Incomplete. You can set up upto 5 Parameter's, based on which system would Automatically Clear Item's through F.13. Mostly ZUONR - Assignment, EBELN - Purchase Order and EBELP - Purchase Order Item, are used for setup the Automatic Clearing Process.

  Then in the GL you will have to Maintain these Fields as your Sort Key so that Entries Get Updated with the Data Required for Auto. Clearing.

Once the Above Settings are Maintained then you will be able to do Automatic Clearing through F.13.
