What is Delta-Specific Field if TimeStamp and Date Fields are not available?

What is Delta-Specific Field if Time Stamp and Date Fields are not available?

I need to create a generic datasource on Std. table FAGL_SPLINFO where No Time Stamp filed and No date fields which contain data is available so how to create generic delta on the datasource which based on this table?
