Unable to Load URL

Hello Experts,

I am developing the dashboard for the first time, and the source type I was planning to have is a WEBi via web service.

When I attempted to add the WSDL link in the URL box of web service and when hit to import it throws 'Unable Load URL'.

Here's my WDSL link, am not sure whether the link needs any change before I paste it in web service of dashboard.
