Hi Horst,

 

I have created a new tab in Individual Customer but cannot seem to arrange the Ticket, Activities etc into the tab.

 

Maybe Im doing wrongly. Please shed some lights on the KUT, I'm sure there's a simpler way to do it but couldn't figure out how to do it yet and are pulling my hairs here

 

my requirement are as attached:
