We are on EHP7 and planning to use Employee potential assessment with Flexible appraisal system, please share your thoughts for the following queries.
1. I understand that the Talent Review Meeting functionality can be integrated with Flexible appraisal process by configuring the Talent Review Meeting substatus with few badis to push the rating to calibration grid. Would be helpful if some one can share the Writeback and follow up badis used with appraisal template set up.
2. How the Talent list is displayed in MSS, is the list comes from step 1 by setting the substatus to Review Meeting (Only for the employees with appraisal document created or Its from A012( All List) ? which MSS role have the calibration functionality? ( Not Talent Assessment function since we are using flexible appraisal template)
3. How the unrated talents status updated in the appraisal document and how many Talent Review Meeting level we can set up in the system?
4. We are also using Nakisa to conduct higher level Talent review meeting and as per my understanding Nakisa reads hrp 74* IT series, display is based on AOR. is my understanding correct.
Would be really helpful if some one can share complete process running with sap and Nakisa set up.
