Please can you let me know if there is any special setup or reasons because of which you were expecting "...IT Should DISPLAY 245 LITNE ITEMS..."? Please can you let us know what is the sampling procedure assigned to your inspection lot and share its details in screenshot.
Coming to your next question - I think you are using "Qualitative MIC" for recording visual inspection. For this case have you created your catalog types for Attributes in QS51 for 1100 plant? Is this the first time you are doing result recording for qualitative MIC in 1100 plant or only for this specific case you are facing issues?
Also please check the inspection type 01, if 'UD Selected Set' is defaulted with any value in the configuration - SPRO => Quality Management => Quality Inspection => Inspection Lot Creation => Maintain Inspection Type. If so remove that value and then check.
