standard only all .....phap_admin we can do all .... as a admin first we will release appraisal documents for all employees and then next it will be in status called in preparation after that is completed , if all the employees completes first stage and submits to manager and review this their goals
First employee will set his goals (KRA) in that we have objectives and submits to manager , manager will review this, laer the status will be changed to mid year review AND NEXT FINAL REVIEW
