We have to replicate the current 3.1 environment. I build a new server with new CMS DB. Took a backup of production CMS db. Delete the SIA entries from backup production CMS db. Stopped the existing SIA on new server. Add new SIA with the same name as new server SIA. Point the SIA to backup of production of CMS db. Start the SIA. Login to CCM, manage servers, notice production servers and new temp servers are listed. But Production Server were in stopped state.New servers are are running state. In production server, we have multiple deski processing server and webi processing server. But the servers in running state has only default servers.
What step i am missing, why i am not able to see all the servers (Multiple deski and webi servers) on the new server, when i point to backup producction CMS db? I see all the other objects like reports, users etc
