if the movement 309 allows only one target material and x source materials, then 309 can't be the right movement type if you want it the other way around.
So just use 310 (which is posting the opposite way to 309, while you enter the data equally)

In that case you have one one alternative, you need to perform the movement in 2 steps, e.g. with 201 movement type (old material) and 202 movement (for new material) .
You can alter the movement types if you dont want 201/202 e.g. to 551/552 or 561/562 but not the process
