wrong depreciation

Hi

We have an asset and its depreciation start date is 01.01.2002 and capitalization date  is on 01.01.2015. while running depreciation system is calculating depreciation  on the basis of capitalization date . Our business want system  to calculate depreciation from depreciation start date
