Just in case the information below might be helpful to you:
Sometime the root cause of a Fiori problem is related to back-end system configuration.
One way to check it quickly is to have a look whether the same problem also exists in non-Fiori app (for example, the t-codes, ECC portal or web dynpro).
If the problem does not exists in non-Fiori apps, then we can say the problem is related to Fiori.
If the problem also exists in non_Fiori apps, then we can check the related back-end configuration.
