Thanks for the reply. Business require to trigger the release strategy based on certain outline agreement which are classify as high value contract . Normal contract are not require to perform release strategy . These contracts are 3 to 4 years long and renewed in most of the case.

As of now I populate the KONNR value in another field of CESSR structure using another exit and its working fine.

I still don't understand why the SAP provide the KONNR field in the communication structure ,there must be certain scenario and condition to update this field.
